Napa Valley may be best known for Cabernet and cuisine, but wellness has become part of daily life here too. And after a noon winetasting and luncheon, that’s exactly how I found myself at BodyGlam, curious to try two of Europe’s most advanced non-invasive treatments.

Founded by Anya Tatarenko, BodyGlam is the only studio in Napa offering both Endosphères Therapy and the T-Shape 2 system—and Anya is among a very small group of practitioners in Northern California with access to these machines at all. After two decades working in San Francisco’s tech industry, Anya brought her passion for health and innovation closer to home, creating a space where people can access these high-level treatments without heading to San Francisco or Los Angeles. Her studio feels approachable and upbeat. It’s pleasant, cheery, and refreshingly unclinical.

While both machines are designed for full-body treatment, I was especially interested in seeing what they could do for the face and neck. We started with the T-Shape 2. The treatment felt less like a “machine” and more like a facial. A warm wand glided over my face and neck, soothing and relaxing, while working beneath the surface. The goal here is lifting and tightening—smoothing skin, refining contours, and encouraging firmness—and it felt indulgent rather than aggressive.

Next came Endosphères Therapy, an award-winning treatment developed in Italy that uses micro-vibration technology to stimulate muscle tone, boost circulation, and encourage natural collagen production. This one felt more active, like a deep workout for muscles we don’t usually think about exercising. It’s often used on the body to address cellulite and inflammation, but on the face, it delivered a noticeable awakening—energizing, purposeful, and surprisingly effective.

The most compelling part? I could see a difference immediately. My skin looked brighter and tighter after just one session. I understand that the most meaningful results come with a series, typically followed by maintenance treatments every few months. but even a single visit made an impact.

At $200 per treatment, it’s also far more approachable than injectables, with the added benefit of being completely non-invasive. While the technology is sophisticated, the approach feels natural and non-injurious. There are no needles, no downtime, no sense of having done anything extreme. I left feeling as if my face had just had a healthy workout, and that, really, is the point. We exercise our bodies regularly yet rarely think about engaging the muscles in our face the same way.

Throughout the session, Anya was patient and generous with her explanations, walking me through how each machine works and outlining a thoughtful plan for future treatments, without pressure. While I could see immediate improvement, BodyGlam isn’t necessarily about quick fixes. It’s about helping people feel better in their skin, using smart tools and realistic expectations.

Napa now counts wellness as a goal of its varied guests, and BodyGlam fits naturally into this evolution.
