Valentine’s Sushi Cooking Class

Chef Ed Metcalfe, of Sushimotos, will be providing step-by-step instructions for the creation of Housemade Miso Soup with Dashi Broth, two types of rolls – California Roll and a Futo-Maki Roll, and a Temaki (hand roll) and lessons in how to pickle.

After cooking your dish, we will gather to enjoy our creation and a glass of wine.
