Valentine’s Day Cooking Class

Join the Meritage and Vista Collina Resort culinary team as we will be providing step-by-step instructions to create a 3-course meal, perfect for date night.
- Meritage Garden Salad with produce from our property garden with buttermilk and herbs dressing, winter greens, radishes, carrots, fresh goat cheese
- Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin and Shrimp with potato puree, roasted asparagus
- Chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream
After cooking your dish, we will gather to enjoy our creation and a glass of wine.
