Sushi Cooking Class

Chef Keo Xayavong, of Sushimotos, will be providing step-by-step instructions for the creation of Dashi Stock, Sushi Rice, an Inside out roll and a Futo-maki (large) style roll, and Sunomomo pickled salad.

After cooking your dish, we will gather to enjoy our creation and a glass of wine.
