Foraging & Flowers: Spring Flower Arrangement Class

There is no better time to reap the benefits of nature’s treasures than April in Northern California. In this exciting workshop, participants will learn how to design a garden that yields continuous bounty, focusing on strategies for staggering planting times and selecting plant varieties that provide both beauty and abundance throughout the year. They will delve into the art of seasonal pruning, learn the intentional practice of foraging, and apply this knowledge to create their own unique work of art.

This hands-on activity will allow participants to incorporate a curated selection of foraged items, cut flowers and natural elements to create their own arrangement. As they learn, attendees can sip on a sparkling brunch cocktail or glass of freshly squeezed juice while enjoying specially prepared bites from Appellation co-founder and CEO, Chef Charlie Palmer.
