Shifting the Lens, J Vineyards’ award-winning culinary series, is back for another year with all-new guest chefs and menus that will make you rethink your approach to wine and food pairings. Chef Rashida Holmes will bring her Afro Caribbean cuisine to Sonoma for her residency at J Vineyards, which will take place from August 29-September 1.

Discover a food and wine pairing unlike any other during Dinner & Dialogue, an ultra-exclusive dinner with guest Chef Rashida Holmes. Your evening starts with a wine reception and passed hors d’oeuvres as you get the chance to mingle with Chef Holmes, Winemaker Nicole Hitchcock and J’s culinary team. For dinner, you’ll enjoy a five-course tasting menu — paired exquisitely with small-lot wines from Nicole Hitchcock — and you’ll be joined by Chef Holmes during every course as she explains more about her story, process and inspiration for every dish.

Dinner & Dialogue Reservations are available on Saturday, August 31 and Sunday, September 1 at 5pm.
