Indulge your senses in this exquisite pairing of Siberian Osetra Caviar (farmed in Italy) with Sweet Potato “Blini” paired artfully with four celebrated V. Sattui sparkling and frizzante wines.
Substantially plated with sweet potato “Blini” served with blood orange and pickled fennel salad and dressed with caviar, egg, chives, and crème fraiche. This is a seated experience served fireside in our elegant Vittorio Tower Tasting Room.
