An Evening for Maui

Join us on December 4th, 2023 at 6 PM, at PRESS Restaurant in the heart of St. Helena for an unforgettable evening dedicated to supporting the Maui Fire Relief efforts. This exclusive event brings together a culinary collaboration unlike any other, featuring renowned restaurants such as SingleThread, Harbor House Inn, Molti Amici, and Stateline Road Smokehouse alongside our hosts at PRESS.

Indulge in an array of exquisite dishes, each a testament to the culinary mastery of our participating chefs, as we unite in support of those impacted by the fires in Maui. The night will not only be filled with mouthwatering cuisine but also an exciting auction, with all proceeds going directly to Chef Hui’s initiative to feed and support the affected communities. Chef Isaac Bancaco, who tragically lost his home and historic restaurant Pacific’o on the Beach in the fire, will be a special guest chef and plans to recreate one of his signature Hawaiian dishes. He will be joined by Maui bartender Keli’i Heen who will craft a Pau Maui Vodka cocktail for the evening.
