Private Dinner at Cole’s Chop House Napa Will Feature Rare Bourbons, A5 Wagyu, and Live Music in Support of Stephen and Ayesha Curry’s Oakland-Based Charity

 NAPA, CA — June 27, 2025 — On Friday, July 25, a select group of guests will have the rare opportunity to spend an unforgettable evening with Stephen Curry—four-time NBA Champion, two-time MVP, distiller, entrepreneur, and philanthropist—at a private dinner hosted at Cole’s Chop House, the beloved steakhouse in downtown Napa.

This exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime experience will support Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation, launched by Stephen and Ayesha Curry to ensure that every child has access to nutritious meals, a quality education, and safe spaces to learn and play.

The evening will begin with a reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by a seated multi-course dinner at 6:00 p.m. Guests will enjoy a luxurious menu paired with ultra-rare pours from Gentleman’s Cut, Curry’s premium Kentucky bourbon. Born from a joint venture between Curry, John Schwartz of Napa’s acclaimed Amuse Bouche Winery, and Boone County Distilling Co., Gentleman’s Cut is a bold, meticulously crafted spirit that celebrates excellence, legacy, and precision.

Throughout the night, Curry and Schwartz will share personal stories from their bourbon journey, providing guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the creation of Gentleman’s Cut and offering exclusive tastings from its Player Exclusive Collection, a series of ultra-limited releases unavailable to the public.

Menu highlights include:

• Reception bites like caviar-topped blinis, ahi tartare, and a signature Popcorn Old Fashioned
• A duo of 21-Day Dry-Aged NY Strip and Snake River Farms Gold Label NY Strip
• Luxuriously marbled Japanese A5 Miyazaki Wagyu with decadent seasonal sides served family-style
• A finale of chocolate bourbon bread pudding paired with The Gentleman’s Truffle — a custom cocktail crafted with cocoa-infused bourbon and ganache-soaked cherries

Each course will be paired with rare bottlings from Gentleman’s Cut, including the 16-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon and a 4,000-day aged Straight Rye Whiskey.

Elevating the evening even further will be a live musical performance by Karl Denson, longtime saxophonist for The Rolling Stones. Guests will also enjoy access to one-of-a-kind auction lots and receive bespoke gifts created exclusively for the evening.
