Celebrate the return of the light with us! Our Winter Solstice Celebration is a cherished NVUU tradition, open to all ages and all hearts.
Come for an evening filled with warmth and connection: walk the spiral of evergreen boughs, share in storytelling, enjoy seasonal songs, and join the rhythms of a drum circle around a cozy fire (weather permitting).
Invite your friends and neighbors of all ages ~ this is an open house-style event, and everyone is welcome!
Everyone is encouraged to please bring:
✶ Your own bowl, spoon, and cup
✶ Ingredients for ‘stone soup,’ bread, a side nibble or dessert
✶ Musical instruments to share in the rhythms of the season
Warm beverages will be provided. And of course, if all you bring is yourself, that’s perfect too!
