Taking place on Friday, March 15th beginning at 6:00pm, Jean-Charles Boisset will join the team at Wit & Wisdom to showcase some of his finest wines paired with a delectable prix fixe menu curated by Executive Chef Danny Girolomo, and followed by a reception of JCB spirits-based cocktails and canapes with a heavy caviar focus.Tickets are $250 and can be purchased here.
Dishes from Executive Chef Danny Girolomo’s four course menu includes Crab Salad with caviar, avocado, and chive oil as well as Tagliatelle featuring meyer lemon, crème fraiche, and caviar, and Duck Two Wayspaired with roasted parsnips, broccolini, and red currant jus. For dessert, guests can enjoy a 24k Candy Barwith bourbon caramel all shared alongside Boisset Collection wines.
